There is a difference in the creation between angels and humans. God created angels to have the ability to go through and see through the things invisible and visible. God gave them superior understanding. Their wisdom and knowledge of the spiritual and natural things is beyond ours, and without limitations; But they are not equal to God. They are conscious of good and evil. They are capable of thinking and doing the right things. In other words, they have the willpower to refuse evil. Angels know that the thoughts of their hearts and minds are connected to the swiftness of God's perfect mind. What that means is they know very well God's will. They are able to see the future results of everything that they do to themselves and to the people on earth. They can see both the inner and outer workings of themselves, human beings, and all the rest of God’s creation. Their eyes can see what the microscopes, telescopes, MRI, x-rays, and ultrasound cannot see. An angel can see through every tissue part of the body, and its workings. They can see the thoughts and intentions of a person, as well as their physical wants and needs. An angel knows when a man is thirsty or hungry, and gives water or food without the man asking. They have no boundaries concerning time and distance. They can travel as fast as the twinkle of an eye. Angel’s knowledge is not dependent on written words. Neither do they need anyone to teach them. If they see a book written by a human, they know exactly what is it all about, the motives, and the writer's personality without reading the book's content.
A man, however, is dependent on other influences in his environment to obtain the things that he needs know, whether they be educational, spiritual, or physical. For instance, a man gets his knowledge from schools, teachers, parents and media. Man has limited consciousness within himself. A man, however, cannot understand the thoughts and intents of his own heart due to the harmful effects of constant and repetitive sin. Let me tell you a story to better understand this: There was a man working as a manager. He told his worker that the worker could not celebrate Sabbath. The worker filed a complaint with the federal government for religious discrimination. The manager, through pride and arrogance, failed to understand the spiritual needs of his worker. This is how unconscious people are to the things that they do toward others and the commandments of God. Unless God sends a vessel who knows the law or a vessel with the Holy Spirit, a man will not understand his wrong thoughts and deeds.
God knows the limitations of man’s understanding; He provides the Holy Spirit to give man understanding in both spiritual and physical matters, to show him the effects of his deeds, and to give him the opportunity to correct his wrong deeds, which will lead to the rebuilding of lives and the saving of souls.
Psalm 8:4-5 What is man, that You are mindful of him? and the son of man, that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honor.
So human beings are restricted as compared with angels in what they can accomplish both spiritually and physically; yet, they are the ones who have been given access to forgiveness.
