Matthew 12:43-45 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he said, I will return into my house from where I came out; and when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also to this wicked generation.
Devils, demons, and evil spirits are all one with Satan, just as we are one with the Lord Jesus Christ. These evil spirits were angels at one time, and they fell into Satan’s deception. They are on earth right now, waiting for the Day of Judgment, and there is no grace granted for them. Their sole purpose is to destroy every soul, all of humanity and the earth. Evil spirits can dwell in anything or any being in this world, and they are responsible for every sin that a person commits. They tempt a person that likes to sin a way to get into his body. Evil spirits use tools such as people and material things to lure a person. The nature of the soul is to follow the Lord. The nature of the flesh is to follow the world. The nature of the evil spirit is to follow Satan. If the soul disobeys God's Commandment, then the flesh take control of your heart and mind to follow the world. The soul becomes helpless, and is taken captive by the will of the evil spirits.
Luke 22:3 Then Satan entered Judas, surname Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.
Matthew 16:23 But He turned and said to Peter, "Get behind Me Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men."
Romans 7:17 But now, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwells in me.
Evil spirits can dwell in animals. They are responsible for fights and cannibalism between animals and beasts, with the purpose of diminishing their existence. Ultimately, they become endangered species. In the beginning, these animals were commanded to eat only herbs. The Book of Isaiah says that they were harmless towards each other, as well as towards children.
Isaiah 11:6-9 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the young goat, the calf and young lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall graze. The young ones shall lie down together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play by the cobra's hole, and the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper's den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain."
Evil spirits can dwell as well in cars and homes. I heard a story of a car possessed by a demon. People certainly thought it was haunted. The car was a great oppressor in that the doors and windows would lock at random, trapping the owner inside the car. From the moment he purchased and brought the car home, it didn’t work right again, even though nothing could be found wrong with it. It would shut off or sound as if it were about to. The car caused him to be late for work, and he nearly lost his job. Evil spirits are responsible for accidents, breakdowns, and haunting people to scare them away. These evil spirits have control over all things you possess. They have power for as long as people continue to trespass the Commandments of God.
Has anyone ever seen an evil spirit? I haven’t. According to the Holy Spirit who shows me these things, artists cannot draw pictures or imagine images of the devil unless revealed to them by demons. The actual looks of a demon can be seen in horror movies. They are very ugly, old-looking creatures. Their faces are twisted and wrinkled. Their perfect angelic bodies are deformed by the effect of rebellion towards God. Evil spirits have the strength to overpower anyone, no matter how big the opponent. However, Holy Scriptures say that Satan can show himself in the image of an angel of light. That means these evil spirits have power to change their looks as a beautiful woman or a handsome man. They can appear as fairies, dwarfs, monsters, and witches. They dwell in people’s minds to give imaginations or fantasies. Through movies, they show their super powers and heroic deeds so that they exist in people’s minds and control their physical lives. THE HEART BECOMES THE KINGDOM OF SATAN to fill the world with their wickedness.
They come from the television, books, songs, computers, and magazines, depending on what you watch and read. Our body stores information, and the eyes, ears, mouth, hands, and nose are doors that evil spirits use to enter in. For instance, allowing your eyes to be entertained by looking at pornographic magazines will lead to evil thoughts such as sexual immorality, adultery, and fornication. Without realizing it, over time you will act on those evil thoughts. Remember, King David had the spirit of lust for women. He did not realize it was in his heart, and this disabled his understanding momentarily to where he was unable to see the boundary that existed between him and Bathsheba because she was a married woman. Worse yet, his lust caused him to kill Uriah, her husband, and this opened the door for murderous spirits to enter into the offspring of King David as a punishment to show him that whatever a man sows, so he will reap.
Satan is the origin of sin. Through the choice of Adam and Eve, the sins of Satan were manifested into the physical world. This caused the Lord God to destroy the people during the time of Noah. It was physical judgment, not of the spirit. For that reason, sin exists to this day, even after the flood. According to the Holy Scriptures, God sets a time to judge them. And He will remove them from the earth.
Zechariah 13:2 I will also cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to depart from the land.
Meanwhile, Satan is working on devouring many souls, using technology and media to spread sin. Furthermore, theologian’s misuse of the Words of God in teaching that we are no longer under the Law of Moses, helps prosper his plan. It disables the understanding of a person between right and wrong. The story of Cain and Abel teaches us that we are to rule over sin. God rebuked Cain, saying, "If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it" (Genesis 4:7). Sins came originally from the parents. Just as Cain inherited sinning from Adam and Eve, the children of King David inherited his sins. The same way children inherit faith from parents.
2 Timothy 1:5 When I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded that is in you also.
The time will come that God will remove unclean spirits from the earth. This is the day when He restores the earth.
Acts 3:21 whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.
